HAPPY ST.PATRICK'S DAY!!
G is for green and March is the month for all green things. We are going to celebrate on Wednesday and Thursday this week. We will be painting shamrocks, matching numbered ones with gold coins. We will be matching leprechaun letters and making the color green.

We will locate Ireland on the globe and read the story of St.Patrick. Irish music will be playing as we dance a jig or two. You can be sure we will snack on Irish soda bread.

On Friday, we will celebrate the Feast of St. Joseph. We will hear stories about how he loved Mary and Jesus. We will say a special prayer for all our dads. Since Joseph and Jesus were carpenters I thought it would be fun if your child would like to bring in something from home made of wood. It should be a fun sharing experience.

We are all anticipating the first day of Spring on next Sunday.
Have a great week.
